Lending Criteria
- Minimum principal earner's income of £100‚000
- Debt / Equity ratio (LTV) must not exceed 65% of the value of your property
- Minimum loan size of £200‚000
- All loans are interest only
- UK residential properties and buy–to–lets welcome
- Maximum loan is limited to 3x the main income or 2.5x joint incomes
- You must be able – and prepared – to tolerate sizeable adverse movements
